"I love Victoria secret, been shopping there for years at several different locations, this one is by far the worst one ive ever been to. I was never greeted, never asked if i needed help, no nothing. I had to walk up to a girl and ask for a dressing room and she seemed so bothered by the fact that i asked once and seemed to become more annoyed that i asked later on as well. While yes i know my way around a store to find my size when i would open a drawer to look for it, there was NOTHING in there, and some of the ones that did have stuff in them didnt even remotely match what was supposed to be in there. Heaven forbid i ask the same girl for the dressing room where something is. I get that things in a store need to get done but when the store has customers in it you need to engage with them some what! The only girl in there to talk to me was the one at the cash register. When she asked if i found everything ok i plainly told her no. The only reason why i stopped at this location is because its close to my work. As someone who is in sales / retail this was just horrible. I'll be encouraging my friends and co-workers to shop at a different location or online. Avoid this store like the plague."

"If I could give 0 stars, I would. I planned on making a larger purchase when picking up my online order, but the blonde and brunette at the front made it seem like it was an inconvenience that I even asked them about where to pick up my order. Said the internet was down and there was nothing they could do without asking my name or order first and tried to go back to their conversation. I tried to say that I received an email hours ago that it was ready and I was still met with attitude. Just because they're having a stressful day at work and all the "nonsense they have to deal" doesn't mean they can take their bad day out on customers. Will not be back. Customer service was awful."
