"Lost heat during the coldest time of this winter. They were going to charge me over $300 to come even though they didn’t have the part to fix my boiler. Glad I asked if they had the part before they would have come out. Long story short they said they ordered the part, but the person who ordered it left during the toughest time of winter and didn’t have a tracking number and had no idea when it would come in. Had a person from the co. come out to quote me on a new boiler and waited two days and nothing. Had to hire another company. Should have moved on from this company when a service tech was checking my electrical conduit lines for water flow. lol By the way when I hired another company we had the part two days later. Would have been easier for Camflo to say, “we just don’t know how to service boilers” than to say the part is obsolete. The person who came out from Camflo to quote me a price for a new boiler walked around my basement and pointed to my boiler and said, “is this the boiler?” I knew right then this co. does not know much about boilers."

"Oh my goodness there is so much to say about Camflo.First off Bryan Ewing our comfort advisor is very good at wat he does.Very informative of all option that they have to offer. He was not pushy at all to make a sell ,he was with us or available each step of they.He definitely knows what he's talking about. They had it scheduled up within 2 weeks to put in a new furnace and central air unit in.The day of installation started at 8am and worked there butts off to make sure the furnace was up and running so we had heat that night.Brock stayed till 530 which I know he was taking from his free time.Came the next day at 8am and finished up but brock and his coworkers definitely put in a full day.He was very polite,informed us of any changes that they needed to make, they cleaned up everything left no mess and even cleaned behind our old furnace wen he didn't have to.anwered all my questions very hard working.Then after the weekend Bryan Ewing scheduled another visit to make sure we were happy and everything was working as it should. "Really appreciate the quick response from Brianna in the office especially since they weren't open when I called. I know she said she was just trying to get ahead of the rush this past week due to subzero windchill temps, but I still appreciated the time she took to explain everything. We did ha e to call them back and come out once, but our unit is old and is probably up for a replacement. We will definitely be looking them up to get a quote."
