"Very respectful staff, Great food, and Great price. Couldn’t have had a better experience unless it was free lol ."
"Gave 3 stars wish I could give 2 1/2 because half the time is Bojangles is really good and everything‘s perfect food is amazing. But then the other 50% of the time something messed up I’ve been overcharged before on an order and didn’t even receive the full order. I’ve gotten food that was nowhere close. But when it’s good it’s really good"
"22 minute wait and only 1 person ahead of us in line (inside) staff not friendly! The vibe inside is poor! It’s also freezing in here so we left to eat in the car! 2/8/24 at 7:58am also fries were cold waiting on chicken"
"Huntsville has a lot of chicken finger options, but Bojangles's tenders are on par with any table service restaurant. The biscuit is supreme, I didn't even need a fixin (side). Where they lag is in speed and sauce. No food is fast food, but I was in the drive through for over 15 minutes. The ranch dipping sauce is not house made. It tastes like generic brand from a bottle. I expect more from a Southern based restaurant."
"Waited in drive thru lane after paying for 15+ minutes for a chicken sandwich, fries, and Mac n cheese. Of course Mac and cheese was ice cold, fries were soggy, and sandwich wasn't even warm. Figured I was waiting on the chicken to cook, no big deal. But considering I live 3 minutes from this store, my food should have been hot after waiting that long for fast food. Not a fan."
