"Even tho they sell car batteries that say free installation.they said because they're not a full repair auto shop they don't remove or help replace your battery even tho the sign hanging right above them says clearly FREE REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION WHEN YOU PURCHASED A BATTERY FROM THEM.... Kind of pissed me off actually so not sure why they refused to do it....I feel like they are just super lazy and just didn't feel like doing it for whatever reason ....so that's like going to discount tire in portage and walking in to buy a set of new tires and them saying OH WE WILL SELL YA THOSE TIRES BUT WE CANT REMOVE THE OLDER ONES AND PUT ON THE NEW ONES BECAUSE WE'RE NOT A FULL AUTO REPAIR SHOP LOL BUNCH OF IDIOTS"

"Extremely long wait times. Discount Tire across the street got a set of four done for my other vehicle in 45 minutes, and that was without an appointment. I’m still here waiting for mine to be done 2 hours later, they didn’t even start until an hour and a half after my appointment. Will not be coming back."

"set an appointment to get tires early in the morning. they didn't service my car until an hour and a half later. had every intention to wait the hour they said tires would take wasted 2.5 hours instead. if you're going to wait be prepared to wait longer. a lot longer"

"My opinion is mixed with this location. Some times my experience is ok and sometimes it’s not. The last time I tried to get help (today) I was told I had to pre-purchase tires before I made a tire appointment which is odd because I’m buying them when I get service. Not to mention the last time I purchased tires (September) in person it was installed the same day I walked in to get them. Anyway I bought the tires online to get the appointment set (five mins after the call ended). Soon as I call back to schedule the appointment because according to them (the appointments are booked fast), the phone rang for like a minute or so and then someone picked up and hung the phone up. Soon as I call back after being disconnected the line is busy. I legit hate going to these Walmart auto centers but it is convenient for the location I am in. But man they legit are a nightmare to deal with."

"It's sad that I only trust walmart to do my oil changes, so many places trying to scam ppl for services they don't really need n even worse, not even servicing your car at all and still charging u for work not done. Great job for always being reliable!"
