"Harbor Freight is a great place to grab that tool you use often enough that you need to buy it but seldom enough that you're not looking for the top of the line. That said, the staff deserves this review. They were in credibly helpful when I stopped in after work. I needed 3 random things and could not find any of them. Everyone I encountered was gracious and jumped in to help me find whatever I needed while also being knowledgeable about the items purpose and features. There's no way you're finding that these days at a Home Depot or Lowes where the first thing they do is try to search the item on their app because they do not know where anything is in their big box store. Even the cashier at Harbor Freight knew where a propane refill adapter was in the store to let me refill camp stove propane bottles! A much more pleasant experience than at "those other guys.""
