"I had these guys replace the tires on my fifth wheel trailer. They were able to come to my location, which was great. They were supposed to arrive at 10am. At 10:45 I had to call to see what was going on. I understand that things happen, but a phone call would have been nice. The bad part is that a couple days later, I was installing my TPMS sensors and I discovered that one of the metal valve stems was chipped and the core was sticking out. When I screwed the sensor on, air would leak out. It was Saturday, so I couldn't contact them. I found a shop that was open and had to take the tire there and pay them to fix it, as I was leaving town the next day. They will probably say it was already like that, but the tire pressure sensors have been on there the whole time I've owned the trailer, so there's no way that stem could have been damaged. Even if it was, it should have been pointed out and fixed. This, to me, is inexcusable. The tech should have fixed what he broke. My other complaint is that they way over tightened the lug nuts with the air ratchet. I had to ask them to use a torque wrench to do it properly but they were still way too overtightened. I had to go back and loosen and re torque them myself, which was not easy because they had so over tightened them. This, to me, is very unprofessional service."
