"My daughter and I went for dinner and requested a booth. The host asked if a table was fine and I said we preferred a booth. They walked us over to a booth way in the back, which was great. Except for the fact that no one ever came to take our food order! 20 minutes later we left and nobody even noticed! It was a Friday night around 6:30 with maybe 35% of the restaurant full. Never going back again."

"I go here from time to time and it's a consistently good experience. There are some servers there such as Malcom and others who help make it an enjoyable experience. I like that we can seat ourselves in the bar area at the bar or at one of the tables so we never have an issue walking in and getting served quickly. There's always a game on we want to watch and if it's not on one of the TVs they will turn it on typically. Some of the food is exceptional and some is just okay but still good. The accompanying app with rewards and trivia game is fun to have at the table to keep us entertained while we watch a game. There's a lot of good specials and deals and generally just overall a friendly and good place to hang out for a little bit. They also have pull tabs if you want to gamble a little bit."

"We were greeted and seated quickly. Friendly workers all helping each other and no complaining. Food was good. Our server was good until the end. My issue was I had a rewards to claim and my server said she didn't find it in the system. We paid cash and told her to keep the change. I went up to her before leaving and asked for a receipt so I can attempt to submit the receipt for reward points. She said it went through. When I looked it up she did claim my $5 off but didn't say anything nor offer the money back to us. I felt she was dishonest."
