"Please stay carry out two hours prior when arrived only 25% of the order ready my DoorDash was there for over an hour came to a point where I texted her and said you know what I’m going to call and cancel the order but no one ever answered 20 minutes online. Finally she arrives, when the event is over, some already left others getting ready to leave at the door just waiting for a slice or two since they know we ordered food. unprofessional DoorDash said manager was overwhelmed and busy. They must’ve been shortstaffed but shouldn’t of needed to wait two hours Extra maybe they could’ve called and I gotta rearrange other plans"

"Just picked up a big order on a crazy busy evening. Despite how busy it was everyone was kind and efficient. The manager that handed me my order was awesome and I just really appreciate kindness even in the midst of busy shift. This is a good crew, thanks yall."

"I have had several times I have ordered from this location in which I have had to wait well past my time indicated when ordering. I think it is shameful when your franchise prides itself on hot and ready and quality food and I am constantly waiting and the pizzas are made very sloppy. I ordered today for a family get together and after placing the order online I was told my order would be ready between 2:00-2:05. I arrived right at 2. I did not receive an email notifying me my pizza was ready till 2:14. Once inside the cashier notified me my pizza was still not ready and waited another 10 minutes until it was done. The last time I purchased a pizza the quality and presentation was terrible. At this point I am wasting money."
