"I went inside to order, and it took almost 10 minutes to greet me at the counter. There should always be a we'll be right with you. There wasn't an apology for the wait, and no thank you for choosing White Castle."

"We ordered our food 30 minutes in advance of picking up and STILL had to wait 30 minutes until we got our order. Then, after getting our order, it was wrong! Had to drive back to the store to get a refund because we were not going to wait another hour to get our food remade (or have the same food thrown back at us cold). When we asked for our refund, the lady at the counter was incredibly rude and then told us to throw the order out in the lobby garbage on our way out instead of just taking the order back. Super tacky. Avoid at all costs."

"Hash brown was refried repeatedly and fries were cold. Sliders were cold and soggy. Only good thing is the store has been remodeled and looks bright and clean."
