"Ordered pizza and wings. 15min last the delivery time I was wondering. 30min past...I'm annoyed..1hr...then 2hrs. No food. Called the store. They said their driver does that sometimes....he just doesn't come back to the store. Okay, not my issue....wheres the pizza? Food never even showed up. Another place that wants you to tip at the time of payment. For what? I don't know if the service will be good or bad....clearly it was bad even with a good tip"
"Me and a friend of mine stopped in for a pizza and bread stixs. We met the new owner, Rodney, and he was fantastic. With him and his friendly staff, they made the experience well worth coming in. The food was hot and fresh and came out in a timely manner. We will surly be back."
"Manager, TRASH. Customer service, TRASH. Delivery, TRASH. The only word they know is "UMMM"when you ask about your 2 hour past delivery time order. I know this is a subpar pizza place but 2+ hour wait after the said delivery time on their website is SAD. My pizza will probably reek of weed (if it ever gets here) considering the people I talked to on the phone seemed to be high and unaware of their own ordering hours. If there was a drop of proper customer service I would be fine. But the Rudeness from the manager sent me over the edge where I had to leave a review. Order from anywhere else if you want your pizza on time, made right, or talk to kind people."
"Food was an hour late. Placed at 7:36pm, received almost 9pm. Missing half the order and when I called the restaurant at 8:10pm it was closed so I couldn't talk to a person. Imagine my surprise when it showed up (missing the wings) after I already called another pizza place. The pizza was good tho."
