"Went there today and ordered a philly...drove 20 minutes to get to my sons game running late and called to let them know I received the wrong food. Advised them I did not have time to come back...they 1st told me to return the sandwich the next day in order to get the correct one..when I thought that was obsurd, to hold a sandwich overnight to retun back..she gave the phone to I-esha who said unless I came there with the sandwich they could not give me the right one. So I insisted they compensate for fuel which was definitely out of the question and then she hung up on me. Nothing but ignorant service...apparently they can make mistakes on everyone's order with no repercussions and the customer has to suffer. I did not have time to go back nor was I bringing the soggy nasty sandwich the next day. Will never go back. Service was absolutely horrible"

"Stopped in for a hot dog and was pleasantly surprised by the menu . So many different options has a great Chicago style menu . The cheese sticks were top notch and they had a great deal for hot dogs . 1.59 for a Chicago dog from 3-5 pm is awesome . They use the correct relish and top it off with celery salt. They were super busy and the staff seemed over whelmed but the food made up for it . I seen a few negative reviews but I’m glad I gave it a chance"
