"I made an appointment for 1:00 p.m. on a Saturday. I showed up on time. I was told 2 or 3 hours and it will be done. When I came back two and a half hours later, my car was untouched! What is the point of the appointment? I wasted the drive time and two and a half hours of my day to get nothing done! Ridiculous! On top of that, the sale ended so I can't go to another location for the sale!"
