"Only gave one star because I had to....worst experience ever!!!! I brought my car here this morning for an oil change and tire rotation both of which I was charged for. When I come to pick up my car I noticed that the tires were not rotated AT ALL!!! I first brought this to the attention of Ted Smith the service manager who was extremely nonchalant about my complaints and did not offer any resolution my time or inconvenience. I later spoke with the GM Mike Smiley who was equally unbothered at the fact that his technicians are not completing work and customers are being charged for work that has not been completed...he even went as far as to make excuses for the tech. stating he was new and that "his head wasn't there". I don't know about you but I want the person working on my car to have their head with them at work. I think its sad that after bringing your car to a "reputable" service department you have to wonder if any of the work was actually completed and what type of job was done. My money was eventually refunded for the "service" that was done but not without some teeth pulling. BUYER BEWARE!!!!"
