"Not much good to say. I told them this was a new car. They assigned a trainee to our car. He used vise grips to open the oil cap. They spilled at least a half a cup of oil on the engine cover. I complained. When everything was done there was noticable smear of oil on the hood. I was told that they apologized and therefore it was my tone that was at issue. Finally I was given the wrong receipt. I understand an apology but comparing the service here to other places was subpar. I will never go back."
