"The level of experience and service was not professional at all. I had an scheduled appointment and sat in the waiting area for an hour and a half, then they tell me I have some sort of leak so they won't perform my oil change. I didn't need them to diagnose any existing problems, just change the oil. I was willing to pay for it. Stop guessing stuff and do what you are getting paid to do and not speculate on what you think it might be. Me and my family will never go back to Firestone for any service, along with friends I also know that occasionally go there."

I bought 4 tires, of course I need a wheel alignment and why isn't that included when you're buying 4 tires? That part didn't make any sense, but as stated, great service as always."
