"Made an appointment to fo in to get my battey checked that I purchased 25 months ago. Once i got there I was told that I need to pay $95 for the battery to be checked. I explained that I was there because I just got the battery checked. I was then told that I’d have to pay something for the battery as well. I tried to reiterate that I’m a regular customer here all the time due services. Was just asking to know an estimate of how much it may cost for a replacement and fees before they got started. The service manager that I work with all the time looked at me and said “Sorry Miss!” I’m thinking to myself, no need to be sorry because I’ll spend my money elsewhere. The services that I was getting in December can be canceled. All of the good experiences I’ve had killed by this one. Angela Reed Very Disappointed Customer!"

"Was able to get a very early appointment. The service department was very quick. My only complaint was the number of texts and phone calls reminding me of the service appointment. The service manager said it was to prevent no shows."

"I do not hate this place. I had a appointment for 730am. When I walked in I could see they were they had overbook their appointments. I had to sit there for 2hrs and 15 mins. You would of thought someone would offer you a courtesy ride home, or give you rental. Who wants to sit there all that time ? When I bought my last car from another dealership anything w hours or more you received a courtesy ride home. When your car was ready, they came and got you."
