"I have visited this location three different times and have been the same bad experience. Rude baristas. Latte was weak it was a pretty much a hot cup of milk. Matcha drink tasted like a vanilla bean Frappuccino. We always enjoy the St. John location but we were in the Dyer area so decided to stop there. Baristas were just throwing the pastries bag down at counter . Will never be back. I’ll make the drive to my regular stop in either St. John or Schererville."
"Lovely place and great workers however with the amount of stuff the baristas touch they should be required to wear gloves and swap them off it could really get someone sick it’s a lawsuit waiting to happen"
"I absolutely love Starbucks! The employees are always so nice to me and my friends whenever we go for coffee dates and I never feel uncomfortable. The only thing I would want to change is the store is just a little crammed during rush hours but I highly recommend!"
"Went through drive thru, received 2 tall coffees. Lids were not pn and coffee went all over my car, me and my husband and got burnt. Called speak to a manager and she offered me a towel...not an apology but said sometimes we just get bad lids. Won't return here!"
