"Wow! I haven’t been to Wendy’s in over a year but the management and service today was amazing! I brought in 7 hungry teens after sledding and our order was freaky fast and accurate!"

"Ordered a sandwhich no lettuce no tomato, even showed on receipt. Of course it was make WITH those items on there. Handed it back and they legit took off the stuff I didn't want and folded the sandwhich back up and handed it to me!! Could have done that my damn self! Absolutely disgusting. Not clean inside, fries were colder than my drink and the staff had trash attitudes. Customer service is absolute KEY so if you don't like what you do then quit! You get paid to take orders and serve the right food! Total disgrace"

"Went here tonight and had terrible food, and service. Ordered a grilled chicken wrap meal with a baconator fry and a $5 Biggie bag. I requested to buy a crispy chicken patty extra because I dont like the grilled chicken, they charged me for the wrong patty, they had attitude and forgot the fry for the biggie bag, fries were old and cold and chicken wasn't fresh. They had young people working and they should learn what customer service is. There is an opportunity for improvement at this location. I wanted to give zero stars but Google wont let me."

"This is my favorite Wendy's to go to in the area, so much so that we drive over the border from Illinois just to come to this location which is truly a surprise because for a very long time we avoided this location due to a bad experience in the past. I really do hope that some sort of upper leadership or management goes through these reviews because Barry(I believe that was his name) has absolutely changed my opinion of this location 180 degrees. Our food is always made fresh with the hottest and crispiest nuggets I've had from any Wendy's location. They've never messed up any of our orders no matter how specific or difficult the order is. This team really is doing a great job and I hope that they can be recognized in some sort of way, I refuse to go to any other Wendy's location after our positive experiences we've had at this store.
