"I like this location better than the Chicago suburb locations. My food was hot, fresh, service was prompt, place was clean and inviting. They had " specials" and that helps when your wallet is a little light in-between paychecks. Thumbs up!"

"Great food and great customer service behind the register. I didn’t get his name but the young man at the register was very attentive in taking our order. The food was prepared in a timely manner. We didn’t notice the hand written sign on the door as someone held the door open for us as we walked in and the sign wasn’t visible to us as we entered. Nonetheless the crew didn’t pressure us nor made us feel unwelcome as we stayed a little past 8:30pm. We apologized for the misunderstanding and they didn’t seem bothered by it at all. The tables could use some wiping down for the next customer to use but other than that it is a great hot dog / burger joint with many more food options for an evening outing with the family. "I would like to express my dissatisfaction regarding our recent food order. We placed the order at 5:00 PM and patiently waited for 25 minutes in the store "AFTER" we were informed online our order was ready. However, it is now 6:10 PM, and during this time, the manager displayed an unacceptable level of rudeness. To add to our disappointment, we had already paid for the order online. My wife decided to cancel the order after observing all the employees engaging in casual conversations instead of attending to their duties. It is disheartening to be made to feel like an inconvenience. Consequently, we have made the decision to take our business elsewhere, to establishments such as Buona's or Pepinos, where we hope to receive better service and appreciation. FYI we ordered 2 sandwiches app and fries ! The photo is of the food we never received."
