"Third time's a lock!! Three different experiences and finally all pleasant at Burger King. This time Nick was the friendly voice and face of the drive through. Burger King has been written off for years as just a horrible place w horrible customer service in at least 7 STATES, and a few locations. But this Schererville site has had three great employees speak with kindness and care--not just the bare minimum of professional greeting as was the highest hope one could have of BK. Well done, you are building a great team that can save BK!!"

"I became incredibly ill after ordering the honey mustard chicken wrap. Part of the wrap was soggy part was dry and crispy which was weird. About 10 minutes after eating it, I got strong pains in my stomach which continued for a few hours. The pain began to fade only after I vomited. The man that appeared to be a manager was wiping his nose and serving fries without washing his hands. Very nasty behaviors at this Burger King. Safe to say , I WONT BE BACK."

"Very slow, husband got sick that night thinks from onion rings. Sandwiches great, whopper & whopper Jr. Slow took over 10 min for meal."

"I paid for a milkshake and the machine was down and they won’t refund me. To make things worse they laugh because they didn’t have coffee or ice tea to replace it . My chicken sandwich is completely drenched in the sauce and the chicken looks uncooked and the Texas whopper it’s completely burnt and hard as a rock . (They won’t refund me because I can’t get ahold of the owner ) If the owners don’t change their management and employees this place will truly go downhill . True disappointment to dyer. I don’t recommend for you to eat here unless you want to waste your money and time."
