"No one available to assist walked around 20 mins trying to get assistance getting head phones out of the locked display. After about 20-30 mins finally was told to go the the front check out and they send someone to get the items. We asked the person at the door where they were walking in and and was told the wrong area and never was told the front check out gets them wasted time when we knew exactly what we wanted."

"Best Buy truly lived up to its name. I was able to get two 24 inch Fire tvs for under $200! Easy set up, good picture quality, and I was able to remove the previously needed bulky receivers."

"Everyone was so nice and knowledgeable at the Best Buy in Skokie, Illinois...in the beginning. I purchased a new laptop and some accessories. That went extremely well. I left it to be programmed and was supposed to be called the next day to pick it up from the Geek Squad. No one called to say it was ready so I called up there. After being bounced around and speaking with 4 different departments and no one could find the laptop or give me any answers. I drove up there. Geek Squad needs HELP!!!!!!! The man at the counter never addressed me. Even though he was working with another customer, I believe it is customary to say, “Good afternoon ma’am, I’ll be with you shortly.” He could have even called someone out from the back to assist me. After about 15-20 minutes, I left to seek an employee or manager and lo and behold the young man that sold me the computer turned around. He went to the back and had one of the Geek Squad employees retrieve my laptop, which had been completed, and discuss everything that had been done to get it ready. It ended well but they have some tightening up to do in the area customer service and phone etiquette."

"This place is always a beautiful experience. I knew the trees wouldn't be so vibrant yet, but it was still a wonderful Fall day. It's set up so that people can either walk everywhere (which is way too much for a day), or drive and then stop and walk on mulch paths, which is what we ended up doing. They have a nice children's area as well."
