"I do not recommend this store, they are inconsistent and disorganized. I placed an order for living room set and dining room set with Ty who told me if I came back within a day or two I could add to the order. I went back two days in a row, she was off so I worked with Romero and added a sofa to the original order. I explained to Romero that it was important to have everything delivered at once, since me and my partner work outside of the home and would have to miss a day of work to accept the delivery. Romero assured me that everything except one piece would be delivered today, but only ONE PIECE ARRIVED!! We spent over $6000 at this store AND missed a day of work. The room place did nothing to rectify the situation and essentially asked me to select a new delivery date for the remainder of the order. Horrible customer service."

"I ordered a table from these ppl almost 2years ago $1000 1st i called when the bottom of the table was chipping off cheap wood rite before warranty was up. I got a reference number n all never came called again n sadly black woman was answering the phone rude didnt care so i left it alone cause i knew they was never gonna come fix it but not my chairs are totally falling apart furniture is supposed to last some years its been 2 year n this table look like this i will never spent another dollar of my hard earned money with the room place wasted money"
