"Do they have joker people working in the air? I'm mix of younger and holder. People still knowledgeable to some degree. Which is why I go to Ace Hardware. So my busy day wasn't bad. Prices still kinda high always have been. But I go there because they're people there. Who knows what they're doing? And I don't have to go back a second time. You have new people now. I don't know if they understand that concept. A lot of people go every place. Sales manually because of your prices. But yeah Ace is getting bye in in between. Too many help clothes up. I don't really care for menards or home depot. So I hope you all get your figured out before I don't have a choice. Have a great day"
"Bought a paint stirrer here, and when I used it flakes of its black coating fell into my brand new can of paint. I took the stirrer back to the store to let them know about the issue. I was told it was “too expensive” to replace my brand new can of paint, but they let me exchange the stirrer for a new one and PAY THEM THE DIFFERENCE. The manager was supposed to call me, but three weeks have gone by with no compensation for their poor quality product."
