"Worst home depot ever, i was looking to buy few tools and and I asked 2 persons two open the lock, they said they can’t help but they will call somebody. Nobody called and nobody came to help me. I waited there 10 minutes. Such a terrible customer service"
"Lazy as hell and I use the app so I don’t have to be bothered. But this Ring Chime is something I had to get assistance with and it took THREE associates to locate it because TWO of them were lazy as hell. I was told that there weren’t any in the store and damn near ignored. Thanks to the woman who went above and beyond while the other two acted as if I was bothering them."
"My experience was top tier. I had no idea on how to pick granite countertops. Ms Terri was amazing. Her professionalism and positive attitude made everything better for me. She gave her professional opinion and examples on the quartz and granite durability. I was so unsure and frustrated walking into the Home Depot. I had been to other stores and felt overwhelmed. Ms Terri had me leaving confident and with an appointment for new countertops. Honorable mention to Ms Tara too. She is a customer service super star too. Thank you ladies."
"I went to rent a shampooer with the use of my 85 year old mother's card with her PRO account. While I understand that the name on the card must match the driver's license, having a PRO account allows others to use your card without the card holder being present. There was a young Hispanic woman & and an older Black man who worked in the tool rental area who chose not to investigate the status of my mother's PRO account & refused rental. They called the manager who didn't inquire about the account even though I stated numerous times that I rented tools in the past few years on the account. I left the store and my mother called to speak to the same people who were rude to her and claimed that they didn't know that she had a PRO account. She asked to speak to the manager and they HUNG UP the phone! No worries, we went to Menards and rented the machine. We took our business elsewhere and will continue to do so when people who choose not be of service."
"I went twice to return a small item. Return lines were super long with only 1 person at the customer service desk. Both times the actual return lanes were closed. Everybody was complaining. I asked twice on the 2nd visit to open the return lanes as 3 other employees were standing around there. Very disappointed"
