"We usually order durring breakfast hours and have little to no issues, however, we recently dealt with an attitude that has caused this review, from night shift. If you order cookies through the mobile app, you might want to call the store before leaving, to ensure they have cookies or are willing to put some in to be almost done by the time you get there. Was told that they didn't have any, and didn't have anything to sub it with, that it would be a 15-30 minute wait, even though the order was placed several minutes before hand, and, there was no one in drive-thru or the lobby when we got there. I asked for a refund, she said I would have to "go through corporate," I asked her to walk me through on the app, considering there is no way for me to indicate that I only received part of my order, and she continued to state that it isn't on her, that I ordered through the app and have to go through it and corporate for a refund. Hardees is great! Heard we are getting a Bojangles or two as well! Hopefully no one else will have this attitude problem and hopefully this Jacks will gain employees who understand that getting the product in as soon as you see the order, like your supposed to, instead of trying to talk the customer out of wanting the paid for product, is customer service. Also, we noticed that she may have been trying to talk us out of it because at 7:50PM, she had the store broken down for pre-close which possibly meant the oven was originally turned off and we had to wait for pre-heat and bake."

"It took 12 minutes to get some chicken sandwiches that I was told 3 minutes!!! Very non apologetic. Never offered anything for the long wait. Theses employees will realize that customers keep their checks coming, if the owner does not get this together, people will find the other places to take their Hard earned money!"
