"Everyone was nice and the food was good. I order two mcchickens and one was the regular mcchicken party and then the other one had a Chick-fil-A chicken patty on it so that was weird. And then in the bottom of my nuggies was a fried roach which was also weird. But it was still good though"

"Went through the drive thru on 9/1 after ordering on the app. Was told I had 2 orders and after explaining I didn’t and there was a glitch on the app l, was told I needed to take both it could give it to an employee. I refused and spoke to a manger who ultimately lied and said I needed to call to get a refund because they couldn’t do it at the store. Area supervisor Latosha Fields attempted to contact me but I was at work so could not answer. She emailed me, which I replied to and even after giving some extra time for a reply due to the holiday, I have not heard back nor have I received a refund for food I did NOT take. Use caution using the app at this store as they will outright lie to you about how things can be fixed."

"I went here expecting a normal McDonald’s experience, oh how wrong I was. The guy that took our order and brought it out was simply awesome. He apologized about the wait and the wait was not bad at all. The food was all fresh and hot and the quarter pounder I got was…..it’s hard to describe….let’s just say I’ve had sit down restaurants that couldn’t compete. I don’t know how he did it but that was honestly one of the best burgers I’ve had. They exceeded all expectations by a long shot. I wish I had the guys name so I could give him a shout out because he was awesome."

"I walk in the dining room, and stand there. They saw me walk in, and let me stand there. Then 3 minutes later, a lady said they couldn't take my order. She said the lobby is closed. But the door was unlocked, and no sign on the door. I'm hauling a large & tall trailer, I couldn't pull through the drive thru! Extremely angry! I walked over to this McDonald's, because I couldn't pull in the parking lot."
