"This was by far the worst taco bell I've ever been to! I usually love it but I hated it for three reasons, 1: the cinnamon twists tasted like paint. I'm not exaggerating, they tasted like paint. The oil was dirty, I think. 2: I could not understand the server to save my life. The server was mumbling and had the thickest southern accent I've ever heard. 3: it is very inconsistent with other taco bell franchises. Every other taco bell I've been to has been good. This is definitely the worst. So yeah, do better. And I don't usually give bad reviews, but this couldn't slide."

"I go to taco bell at least once a week. It started off with the person who took my order is irritated. I didn’t even get half of my food because she was rushing me. I WILL NOT be back. Once the staff can change their attitude towards their job, i’ll consider coming back. Another thing is, once I pulled up to the second window, the worker gave me the wrong drink. She huffed and puffed about her mistake! She then proceeded to hand me my drink in a hateful way. TUPELO TACO BELL DO BETTER!"

"I can't say too much but I will say I went through the drive thru, The lady who took my order sounded irritated that she had to take a order. Then I got my food I maybe should've checked my bag before we got home, because when we did get home I passed out the food & my son showed me his burrito I ordered for him and I couldn't believe it 4+4=What 8!! That's exactly what someone did they actually ate a piece off, wrapped it up, & put it in the bag as if nothing was wrong. That is Just disgusting. Needless to say I definitely won't be back to that one"

"My drive-thru experience was pleasant and speedy. The line was long (as it always seems to be), but the line moved swiftly and I was through the line, paid, and received my food within 5 minutes. Impressive. Both window attendants were nice, and seemed genuinely happy to be there. I'm sad that my staple order Nacho Supreme is no longer on the menu leaving me with only the larger, much more expensive Nachos Bell Grande option, but that obviously has nothing to do with this location. My food was hot, the order was correct, and they gave me plenty of napkins and hot sauces."
