"This is not where you want to bring your family. My family and I drove a bigger van into the parking lot. As soon as we walked into the place a lady said we would get charged a gratuity fee. We only have 5 adults, 3 newborn babies , and 1 toddler. If you look online. IHOP does not require a gratuity fee, the lady that told us that and sat us at the table made the assumption that we would not leave a tip. After the manager asked the lady to apologize for making the assumption she stormed over mad and very rude. So my family and I will not be coming back here after the way we was treated. I will say though the food was good and appreciated the cooks doing their job."
"Food was amazing but service was the worst I’ve had in years. Allison G never came back and asked how things were going, if we needed drinks or anything until she handed us our check. And then we waited 15 minutes to be able to pay for our food."
"I came here for a late snack. I'm glad they're open 24hrs! The blueberry waffles were delicious. I didn't get my server's name, but he was very attentive and made sure my meal was okay. The food and service were both great!"
