"Hands down the worst McDonald's in the United States. Order food with the kiosk. Waited 15 minutes. Didn't get my food asked for a refund. Couldn't get that either. I would have complained to the manager but it didn't seem like anybody was in charge. I'll be contacting the owners of this franchise and complaining all the way up to food chain."

"Refused to serve breakfast during breakfast hours. Asked them to cancel my order and they told me to cancel it in the app. Very rude and unprofessional. I just went back again and went inside to use the restroom. Stall was full of poop soup and the urinal had a large puddle of piss in front of it at 10 am. No one is cleaning this place. No one cares. Disgusting."

"The experience is on a day-to-day basis! Sometimes you go there and get great service and sometimes it's just bad. Today was kind of.. eh! It was when I pulled up to get the food that I saw someone holding a pair of shoes in her hands standing right by the drive-through. Don't know if she was leaving or coming in but it turned my stomach not knowing if she had handled any part of my food. I didn't make a fuss about it just got my food and threw it away...I couldn't stomach it."

"The girl at the window was not there to work. Treats customer's like we're doing them a favor coming to purchase something from them. No respect,cold nasty food that makes people sick. Grown boy/man cook coming to the window talking crazy to women! Definitely need to make staff adjustments."

"There is a total renovation going on at this location, and it appears to be close to finished. They removed the fun games and stool seating from the last renovation, and replaced it with some strange-looking raised booths with individual overhead lights. There are now touch screens in the ordering area so you can opt to avoid human contact with the workers 2 feet away and tap your choices onto a screen instead. No ketchup or condiment station, and the wall art is odd. There were approximately 5 workers in the front of the house, none of which acknowledged us, but they spent our entire meal gossiping loudly while sitting at a large table together. We waited for our meal for 10+ minutes as the only patrons in the restaurant, and still ended up with old fries and cold burgers. It wasn't a good experience. But it got one more star than the last time I went, so there's that. We spent $28 on 2 combos and a happy meal. Ouch."
