"I ordered items online and when my 3 packages arrived there was no paperwork in 2 of them and the 3 rd package had someone else paperwork in it. I talked to the online customer service explained no paperwork over and over, send pictures of the packages as she asked for, then got called a hustler, I was very upset and mad and told her I would never shop with them again. Very poor custom service from this lady named Eunice to say I was a scammer. My husband got on my account and found how to print a in store return paperwork, why she did not ask this?? I don't think there is anything to do at this point but to return all my items. Hope she keeps your your other customer happy, since I will not be going back after my return."

"Their shoe area is great, you can see everything easily and you can scan to have any size available brought to you. It feels like a show room not a warehouse you have to search. Great experience!"

"Service was horrible. Staff member in the golf section was not friendly at all and found it rather an annoyance that I wanted to test a club which is what the hitting bay is for. I was even asked to leave the bay so another customer could test a club who he was more than friendly to and seemed to value more than me. Just very unhappy with my experience at his store and feel I wasted valuable time and money to come to this store."

"The store is okay but the there seems to be no workers to assist you. You have to figure out everything on your own. Even if you know what stuff you want, locating it would take ages. Great store but below average service."
