"staff was very rude about matching online promotional pricing even though it said it could be redeemed in store. and when I tried to add my 5$ reward for spending 200$ with the rewards program they took it out of the original price. and THEN price matched it, so it effectively made my rewards points disappear without saving me any money. overall extremely disappointing experience. i will spend an extra 45 minutes driving to the Birmingham locations from now on rather than give my business to this location again."
