"Great customer service at the desk I went to. There were several desks with no employees, so I had to walk a ways to find a place to check out. Also, one of the fitting rooms was closed, so to change out clothes , I kept having to go back and forth across the store a ways. When I made a return, any people I ran into there were all super helpful and very friendly!"

"I have been trying to reach the store regarding an order I placed inside the store for over 2 weeks now, but I keep getting the run around. I was told my order would ship out the same day when my card would be charged. My card was charged, but I haven’t received my order. I’ve tried calling the store for more information regarding my order, but the phone rings and rings. Whenever I do get someone on the phone, no one knows anything. I’ve even tried to speak to the store manager, but no answer. I can’t just hop in my car and go to the store for answers because I live 3 hours away from the location. I will NEVER shop here again. I would not recommend this location to anyone. My experience has turned me off from shopping at Belk completely. I’m very disappointed and upset. This is UNACCEPTABLE!!!! The worst shopping experience and customer service I have ever experienced."

"I couldn't find a assistant to check a price for a comforter set for me. Carried it to children's department. The girl checked the price but didn't offer to ring up my purchase. I drug my comforter set looking for someone to help. The gentleman in men's shoes and called to me asking if he could help. I explained that I had surgery the previous day and was not to lift. He offered to help carry my purchase after I told him where I had to parked. I didn't want to get him in trouble doing this. He found a buggy for me and loaded my purchase so I didn't have to carry. He was so caring and nice. He went above and beyond and should be recognized!"

"I love Belk, this is a great store to go to if you are looking for a dress for a special occasion or trip. Belk has great prices, and a great selection of merchandise. It's also a great place for shopping for men's clothing items as well as gifts. They have a nice size shoe department. Their baby, children and home goods departments are all wonderful too."

"Becoming a joke shopping at this location anymore. Who runs this place. Ive shopped on and off at this store all week for the deals its not even worth it with how messy and how the workers do not care about their jobs or customers. Workers do not care about folding clothes in neatly or checking for sensor tags. The clothes have been on the go back racks for days now. And their is not good lighting in the fitting rooms and needs a deep cleaning in them."
