"Raring solely based on the employees!! I love the clothes in this store, but really don't have anywhere to wear them to. The employees were very personable and funny, despite us not making any purchase and just window shopping. This store was the only clothing store in bridge street where the employees greeted us when we came in."
"I hope this reaches the higher ups and supervisors at this location and throughout the company! I had the single handed best retail experience today. I am from Texas in town visiting friends and stopped by to update my work wardrobe. We were greeted at the door by a warm and welcoming face, Rachel. Even though we assured her we were just looking around, she didn’t hesitate to help point us to the correct jeans we were looking for. Rachel was present and kind throughout the entire experience. It’s not often a retail worker is this kind and helpful. Within just five minutes Rachel had roped in Madelyn and Kenzie. The three girls helped me pick out an entire new closet. They were patient and offered great conversation throughout the experience. If I could have these three every time I went shopping, I’d be the most fashionable and happy person on Earth! Keep it up ladies, kindness and hard work go a long way and what you’re doing doesn’t go unnoticed!"
"Purchased some hey dudes for a birthday gift but they were the wrong size. Two days after purchase I google the hours. Close at 9? Ok cool. I drive a hour to exchange for the correct size only to find the lights off and doors locked. I then look at my phone, check time to double check myself an the time says 7:46pm. Poor customer service if you can’t even stay open the hours that’s advertised."
"Hi all! I was browsing by stores the other day and I stumble into Buckle...I was really surprised in how clean, organized, and beautiful the store is. I really enjoyed even just looking at stuff. As I looked a sweater caught my eye and to my surprise it was such a good price and the quality is excellent. I was really please with that staff, they were not overwhelming at all or getting in your space as I looked through things. Well, I ended up buying the sweater and it was half off the original price. I was very happy. It looked great on me. I will definitely be back and check things out more often. Great little place to build a nice casual wardrobe. Thanks ! Buckle!!"
