"I've visited this spa maybe 4 times to have my brows threaded. first time, I really like the way my brows looked (I think the owner did them). I went maybe a month later, but a different tech did the job. To say the least, she did a horrible job! When I got to my car, I looked in the mirror and I couldn't tell if she'd threaded my brows or not. No shape, just a mess! Ok...I went a few weeks ago because I was due to be in a wedding the next day, and was hoping to get the owner that did the job I liked the first time I went, but she wasn't there...Low and behold, I got the same tech that did so horrible before because I didn't recognize her face at the time of her calling me to the chair. I had to go elsewhere the next day and have them fixed. Went back for a refund, but the owner was still out. They took my number but never called. Disclaimer: The tech did offer to do them over, but at that point, she'd done enough damage!"
"LOVE LOVE LOVE getting my eyebrows threaded here! al’s says come out perfect every time. although i did get my lashes done yesterday there and this morning i woke up and they weren’t on my eyes anymore so a little disappointed for that. anything to do with eyebrows though, 10/10!!"
