"I have used this salon for over a year and was pleased with the service. I NEVER missed any appointments but last month I was out of town on business and missed my reminder text, therefore I missed my scheduled appointment so they charged my card on file for almost $100 without authorization to do so. I did not even receive a call to ask why I wasn’t there. BEWARE of leaving your card on file at this salon!"

"I previously left a 1 star review which was accused of being a “troll” review. A troll review would imply that I left it with the intention of causing grief which is not the case. I left a one star review because I do not support any facility on American soil that weaponizes social issues in an attempt to shame somebody. The staff at this salon accused my girlfriend of being “racist” with no cause. I was on the phone with my girlfriend the entire time from the moment the interaction began to the end when she was verbally accosted by staff. This all took place after she was given poor service as well as partial service. This woman is always considerate of anybody who works in customer service because she herself understand what’s customer service can be like, so when I heard them respond to her questions and requests with spite and retaliation it was deeply disturbing to hear. I see a lot of positive reviews on here so it is a shame to see that my girlfriend was not afforded the same luxury or respect and decency that these other patrons were. And when the owner inevitably comes and states again that my review is somehow a “troll” I want it to be clear that this is from a witness."
