"I’ve been here a few times before. In my opinion, the old woman that runs the shop on her own some days is in over her head. Today, I asked for eyebrow threading and tint. She was trying to rush and service everyone while neglecting the attention to detail needed to properly handle each unique look. I asked for the tint to be medium brown and she did two different clients before coming back to remove it and it was so dark. I also mentioned that my brows were uneven and she said they were perfect. I asked her to make the brow tint thinner and they came out uneven and looked like big blocks, then she told me no when it came to fixing them. If you go, I highly suggest the younger woman that’s there some days, the look and experience is just better. Today I was very disappointed."
"I went on Dec 17th to get my eyebrows waxed & strip lashes. Eyebrows 8/10 lashes 2/10. I had stop coming to this place because the lashes don’t last a whole week so I decided to give it a shot again and I should’ve just kept going. Never again and to be charging $20 for lashes and they come off in 2 days is crazy to me. WON’T BE BACK!!"
