"This 7-11 has been consistently bad for years. Just look at the reviews. Everything is either off shelf or not working, and honestly, this entire store needs an overhaul with new ownership and workers if it ever wants to get better. There's no reason a store should be ran this poorly."

"Went here to buy a sprite for 7/11 slurpee week & the red head guy in there was extremely rude. I showed him my phone where it said it was supposed to be a dollar & he had an attitude & told me “That’s not what they’re ringing up. I don’t know what to tell you “ then kept being rude so I said “Please quit talking to me, I’m not going to argue with you” to which he didn’t like that & decided to void my transaction. Definitely needs better employees as he’s extremely rude"

"In an emergency I stopped in to buy a phone charger, being on the road and in dire need for my GPS to remain alive, I picked 7/11 over the ghetto gas station next to it but I regretted it quite soon. The phone chargers were all $19.99 and up; after I reluctantly bought it, the cashier mentions to me that if I want to return it, I will have to wait until a manager is available the next day. I should have realized that this probably happens all the time because the charger didn't work. I couldn't return it, exchange it, & I wasn't gonna be on this side of the state again anytime soon. Also, their selection of snacks & cigarettes is subpar compared to most of the other 711s I've been to."
