"I come here even though the one on near 12 mile is closer to my house. Why? Friendlier staff and they don’t seem to have Uber/doordash orders clogging up their time. The newish employee whose younger/heavyset is sooooo friendly. It makes me happy anytime I walk in and he’s working. Store is always stocked and clean as well."
"I went to 7 Eleven one evening and all I wanted was a frozen coke. The store had no large lids next to the machine. I asked the African American lady if they had any more large lids for my drink and she said no they are already over there. She could not stop talking on the phone long enough to come over to the machine and check. That’s sad the kind of people 7 Eleven has working at night and don’t care about their store. I guess it nice to be able to talk on the phone and get paid and not do what your customers ask you to do."

"They are inflating the cost of Arizona iced teas by 159%, 200% if you buy a single can rather than their “sale” of 2/2.59. They literally have the price stamped on the cans ($1.00), so this is ridiculous to charge over $1.50/can. I will drive the extra 1/2 a mile to the value center on the corner to pay the usual $1 price for these. EDIT: owner responded telling me to file a complaint with a dead link to a website lol 0/10 don’t recommend this location."
"I really like this 711 for no other reason than the employees are so kind and very hard working! One gentleman that's there regularly hands down has the BEST customer service, hard working AF, and will help you in a pinch with about whatever he can ! If u have a flat tire he may come out and help u change it if he isn't busy running the store! Great 711 with awesome staff serving Madison heights/royal oak."
