"A really nice store. Among other items I mainly go for the best fried chicken in the world at the deli counter but before I get to that counter I grab those irresistible treat shop eclairs in the dessert fridge. OMG both are Devine! Thanks for being there for us."

"This place has become horrible. There was water dripping through the ceiling into the produce today. They tried to put out buckets but there was still nasty water dripping through the ceiling onto food. The selection here well, there is no selection here. The deli now closes at six again basically when the rest of the world gets off. If you don’t have enough staff to manage then open a little later and stay open so the people who have freaking jobs can shop during the week. They call themselves a local grocery, yet it’s kind of tough to find local products here. They used to carry them but now they’re store brand it out of Massachusetts or something they got rid of the Michigan brand. Please just close down so we can level the place and build a real grocery store maybe we can get a Publix up here. After your response about the deli, I see you’ve rolled the hours back from 6 to 5 now. Come on guys, it’s time to just close the doors and let somebody else take a try. So when I went in today, seven people standing up front doing nothing but the deli close to half hour ago? Still two people back in the deli oh yeah and there were three people behind the meat counter doing nothing. This isn’t about not being able to find staff this is about understanding how to properly Use your staff. I come from a retail background this is poor management and nothing else."

Unfortunately the cashiers aren't professional enough to mention their rewards program or give cutomers a second to sign up (via text process) 1/4/24 Update: After mentioning my bad experience while checking out, a manager reached out to me and indicated they provided customer service training to the cashier Interacted with. This is a big deal to me because it shows management cares about the customer experience and listen to customers feedback."

"I’ve been a Hollywood customer my whole life, both as a little kid in the cart & continuing as an adult. It’s truly my favorite grocery store in the area & has a small-town neighborhood feel. Locally owned, excellent selection of items, fantastic meat counter, reasonably priced, sized & organized well to be quickly walkable, your items are bagged for you at check out, friendly long-term staff & the manager will research and add new products if you ask. Supportive employer of the disabled. Absolutely superior customer service. New rewards system with online coupons + gas discount at Speedway."
