"I had a terrible experience, specifically with the cashier. I was charged for one item 3 times and I let the cashier know and she voided one of the charges. I asked for the receipt and I told her that I was charged 3 times and she told me I was wrong and that she fixed it, when I can see on the receipt it wasn’t. She refused to give me a refund."

"The employees here , specifically the mom and daughter duo (mixed girl and white lady) have nasty attitudes, rude, and unprofessional. I’m going to reach out to someone above due to the daughters actions in regards to how she handles customers. She isn’t made to work with people… stays on phone, cusses, throws stuff, etc find new overnight employees"

"Where to begin, firstly their cash registers are FAULTY, several times I've been there and they've had "PROBLEMS". October I was falsely charged by a glitch prone register. It took over a month to speak with a manager. After a lengthy explanation and showing proof of the erroneous charge I was finally told to arrive at 10AM the next day to be refunded. After visiting this location and given the refund I was then berated by the management and staff an told to leave the store and repeatedly insulted. (I have witnesses). They also threatened to call Police after I had already left (racial?). I will never shop their again an encourage others not to patronize this location until their deceitful and unprofessional practices are resolved. "Young new female cashier with long eyelashes , Caucasian who is always in pajamas is super inappropriate with male customers. She is inappropriate and unprofessional to say the least.. she flirting while on the clock scaring customers away. I will not be returning and advising anyone I know to not come to this location. Go to The one on Walton!! Way better service and cleaner"

"I called 7-Eleven to ask if they cut off doing money orders at a specific time today because it was late and I didn’t want to waste a trip. The guy who answered the phone said, “Bye, I have customers.” So I called back once more and he hung up again once he realized it was me asking the same question. So I then had to go up there because I need a money order today and come to find out... it was the OWNER that is hanging up in the customers calling. He was very rude and staring me down when I was in line. Just so you know... the people calling your stores are ALSO your customers. Being the owner should be the main person to understand customer service. Very very rude and I will never go back to his store again."
