"Shopped there recently and the staff closed the dressing rooms more than an hour before the store was closing. The 35min I spent shopping was a total waste. I had to put all my items back. When I asked a male staff member if any other dressing rooms were available, I was met with very rude, one word yes and no answers. No explanation was provided at all. Just an attitude - it was as if any customers presence was a pure inconvenience."

"LOVE this store & store Manager Carrington. She was able to help my daughter find clothes that actually fits her & looks good which is tough when you’re short! The store is organized & no one is standing around talking! This manager is MUCH younger than what I believed but she can run a store! "The customer service here was far from acceptable. I cam here strictly for a gift card. I personally do not shop here at all so I was not interested in anything but the gift card. The wait at the checkout line took almost 10 minutes, and it was for no reason. Customers that were in line in front of me were not purchasing an over abundance of items, so there should not have been any reason for that long of a wait. When it was finally my turn to go and check out, the cashier was trying to upsell everything to me. I explained I am here just for the gift card and have no interest in anything else. But yet, it kept happening. I did not like that at all because there was no need for it. I already do not shop here as it is, but that just gave me another reason not to come back."

"Staff was the only thing taking away from a better experience - the prices were good and we found a lot for the little one but the staff Literally while ringing is us, stopped completely to have a conversation with each other while they did NOTHING- we stood and waited until I couldn’t anymore so I asked “what are we doing here” and the girl gave me a dirty look and continued on- there were clumps of 2-3 employees just hanging out having casual conversation everywhere u looked - maybe I’m just jealous I actually have to do things like “work” at work -"
