"Received a text alert that my prescription was ready at 5:10pm arrived at 5:27pm pharmacy was closed worker couldn't explain why. Now meds that are taken to manage severe muscle spasms and spinal pain that is taken 4-6 times a day are unable to be picked up. Horrible and very unprofessional. Very unhappy and in pain."

As someone with autism, it was heartbreaking when staff was rude, laughed behind my back, ignored me when I asked for help, and even gave me the wrong prescription. The employee at the counter was on her phone while waiting in line. STAY AWAY from this location."

I was actually blown away at the fact someone called me about an incident I had here. Never had a bad experience since. Staff is very welcoming and greets me every time I walk in. Highly recommend"

"I’ve been coming here for months since I moved to MI and the employees that used to work here have always been super nice and helpful. I always get my prescriptions from here and I even get my amazon packages shipped here. Today I had the worst experience with this lady “who claims to be the store manager too” who was rude and dismissive. She only found one of my packages and said she couldn’t find the other one and that i should contact Amazon for a replacement or a refund even though she barely looked. When I asked her to double check she told me that she has, and that she has other customers to serve. I think people like her could benefit from some training on customer service. So disappointing!"
