"One of the worst experiences I’ve had going to this store in long time. I’ve shopped here since I was in middle school because American eagle has the best jeans and I am constantly buying new jeans from THIS location, probably 3-4 pairs ever couple months. I understand it’s the holiday season and you’re trying to keep an eye for shoplifting, but every time I took a step a new associate was asking me if I needed help or a bag etc etc.. that wasn’t a bother as much as an annoyance. I go get in line (which is clearly labeled with arrows on the floor) and I’m met with who I am assuming is a manager or shift lead who say “here take this bag while you’re shopping” in which I replied “I am in line to check out no thank you” then she pushed more insisting I take the bag, and so I say “I’m literally walking up the line right now” and her response is “okay then LITERALLY go to the front and check out” and then stormed away ….. never in my life have I been met with such hostility for simply trying to buy jeans…. I can’t imagine what type of person walks around treating others like that on a regular basis. All I have to say is I will never return to this location."

"This store is an example of how customer service is provided. Asked one store assistant for help and she was amazing. Engaged with two other store employees who were sharing thoughts and details on different styles of clothes. Management and team were in point!"

"Cute clothes, but every time I enter an AE store, the female employees give me the absolute worst look….and I asked for a size (which was available for a bra) and a girl looked me up and down stating “we don’t carry your size here”."

"Best costume service ever. I went there today to get a pair of brown leggings. The lady who was assisting was so wonderful. She greeted me with a smile and made me so comfortable. I wish I remembered her name. But I just wanted to say thank you for your help."
