"DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!! I order a package over two weeks ago and still have not recieved it. I called customer service three times to try to get help. I was told no one could find my package. Then they said I had the wrong tracking number. Then they said I had to contact the shipper for a different tracking number. I explained to the rep that this was the only form of contact the website provides. Literally no one would help me. Then instead of a refund they just wanted to make another shipment (which would take another two weeks to deliver) . Please dont waste your time and money."
"Rude, unprofessional, racist. Was in there today about to make a $150 purchase and the associate snapped at me. I left my selected purchase on the counter and walked out. Amazing. This was the first time I had been in PPM this year and was walking between Dillard's and another store and saw children's clothes at this place. Never again. Get a hint. Nowadays, it's all about customer loyalty at brick-and-mortar stores and you blew it."
