"Placed a mobile order for pickup. I got a buffalo chicken wrap which comes with buffalo sauce and ranch. After I get home, I notice my wrap is completely dry. There was no sauce at all, neither buffalo or ranch. Kinda defeats the purpose of getting a buffalo chicken wrap if there is no buffalo. When I informed the restaurant, the best they could offer me was an apology and that they hoped to see me again soon! No compensation or discount of any kind. Sorry but I won’t be returning if you aren’t willing to give me what I paid for."
