"This is the chipotle on lakeshore. Ever since the store has opened they are barely open for you to walk in get your food and go it’s 2024 not 2020 can’t keep using understaff issues as an excuse to close your store and force customers to drive to other locations or order online if that’s the case shut down the store and stop wasting people time , gas , and ruin there expectations of coming to get a quick meal. Majority of the chipotle’s in Birmingham are starting to be trash I may just start cooking my own chipotle bowls from now their customer service has gone to poo now! Just shut them down already waste of a lot on Lakeshore parkway!"

"This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. I placed my order on the app, and chose to pick up in the “Chipotlane.” My pickup time on the app was 6:40pm. I got to the restaurant at 6:38 and there was a line of 5 cars. By the time I got to the window to get my food, it was 7:20. There was a sign on the window that said “no chicken or tomato salsa.” I ordered a steak bowl. I finally got my food at 7:30pm. When I got home to eat, I opened the bowl, and there was chicken instead of steak, even after the sign on the window said no chicken! The workers are rude and unhelpful. I would advise driving 5 extra minutes to the Chipotle in vestavia and stay far away from this one."
