"I went to try and get a smoothie at around 7pm on Sunday, just to be told the machine is currently being cleaned. No problem, how long will that take? “Uhh probably tomorrow.” Terrible service and just overall dirty. This restaurant has some of the most incompetent people I’ve ever met."

"If there was a way to give negative stars for a review, this location would have it. The staff is always so rude and not to mention slower than Christmas. Went the other day ordered a single kids meal. Ok no problem shouldn't take long a all. But after waiting for over 20 mins for my food finally got it. I was told to pull down without any explanation of why. Did not give my drink as I was waiting. Waited and waited. As the drive thru line was still going and no one coming to give me my order. Also, mind you, not that busy at this point of day...like 2pm. Someone finally comes to my car and asks what I am waiting on. I show the receipt and she's like "oh is that all? I will go get it. " Ok I thought no problem. 10.mins later employee finally comes out. And hands me my good and drink, finally. No apologies no sorry. Nothing. Just shoved it in my hand. And then no napkins, fries are hard and just awful. . Take head to this , never go to this location if you are in a hurry to be some where, because they will make you late. It is a terrible location. Poorly ran."

"Went to the drive thru at 12:19pm. I ordered a nugget meal. I waited. There were only 2 cars ahead of me but I waited probably 5 minutes or longer to get to the window where they were confused about who I was and why I was there! Got my order and parked to eat my food. The nuggets seemed really old: dry and cold. Fries were soggy and cold. (At lunchtime nothing was even remotely warm? What are yall doing in there?) The drink was the wrong drink. I went in to get the right one. No one greeted me. No one asked if I needed help. No one apologized. The restaurant was FILTHY. The uniforms everyone was wearing were disgusting, including the manager’s, who was rude. I waited another 5 minutes in the store while my already cold food got worse. Disgusted. Never returning. Threw most of the nuggets into a garbage can in the parking lot with the lid hanging off and no bag in it. This store is a blight on Green Springs. McDonald’s sucks now and I hate I wasted $9 on garbage food and jerks. Something is so wrong here, after today I would not return after seeing how things are going on the inside: DIRTY! Rude and unhelpful."

"I love McDonald’s. They served normal McDonald’s food in a clean lobby. Some teenage white boy especially provided excellent customer service. I didn’t get his name but he deserves ay least a 50 cent raise :)"
