Little Caesars Pizza 406 West Valley Avenue, Homewood, AL 35209

"12/27/23 I ordered one side pepperoni, other side ham and pineapple. First pizza they gave me was pepperoni, ham and pineapple completely. Second pizza they brought out 30 min later was only cheese pizza, no other toppings. After waiting for almost 2 hours after placing my original order i was finally given the correct pizza. 1/18/24 Given the HORRIBLE service last month, I decided to make it easier for them so i ordered 2 pizzas, one ham and pineapple, and the second pizza pepperoni. I get to the drive thru window and they tell me my order is still cooking. After 30 min in line, the guy tells me they ran out of ham. I thought my pizza with ham was cooking 30 min ago ??"

"Normally pretty good! I just wish lil Ceaser step it up! We get off work expecting to get a hot and ready and you get to the window they only doin online order. Very inconvenient. I get it short staffed but still pay these people more money and maybe you will have good people who will work for you!"

"LaToya and the rest of the small crew do their best with limited staff. You can only place online orders bc they’re short-staffed but they are always courteous and the food is on-point. No sense in getting angry at people doing the best they can with circumstances they can’t control."

"I ordered online and this is what I received by way of a “deep dish” cheese pizza! It came with breadsticks that were hard and inedible on one end! It’s ridiculous that I paid for something like this not to mention the lack of care that went into making something that pitiful and sad! I’d rather purchase a frozen grocery store pizza that’s extremely mediocre and it will still have a better quality than what I received this evening! I refused to allow my family to eat this sorry excuse of a pizza and needless to say I will be returning it tomorrow!"
