Whataburger

"I don’t have Whataburger where I’m from, so when I saw they had it near the hotel we’re staying at, I had to try it. It lived up to its expectations and was so much better than any other fast food burger I’ve had. It’s shocking McDonald’s charges the same, if not more when their portions are smaller, drink sizes are smaller, and quality is much worse. Whataburger’s tastes fresh, cooked well, the bacon is crispy (not that cheap flimsy stuff), and all around much better. If one ever comes to Knoxville, every other burger fast food chain has lost my business. I want to also compliment the staff who was working there tonight (2/15) around 9:30pm ish. There was a baseball team ordering, so there were a lot of people waiting on food. However, each employee was calm and collected. There was no stress, they were polite and kind to everyone, and under all that pressure, got our order right. Even with all of that going on, they were all calm and yet still were working diligently on all of the orders."

"Would you want to eat that? It took a long time for them to make a bad burger. Y'all need to to go to In'N'Out in California and learn how to make a good fast food burger and fries."

"I blame myself for not being more observant before placing order on kiosk. There were at least 3 people standing around the unmanned counter waiting for their missing/ misdistributed food and waiting on an employee to help them or acknowledge their existence. Only noticed after ordering on kiosk that it was not printing receipts, which I needed. Employee knew of this issue already and just said I would get a print off with my food. (Not what I needed bc no total cost is listed) We too ended up waiting an extended amount of time for only a portion of our meal to be delivered to us. I let them know to no avail then my husband goes back up there finally getting us the rest of our meal. This restaurant is completely unorganized and mismanaged all the way up. If this is how they operate with a district manager and regular manager and a full kitchen staff present, there is no hope for it. My husband liked his burger and shake, mine was ok."

"I've been a recurring customer here for a while now. Tonight was really disappointing. When using the kiosk, the computer would show an error message on both screens. It's okay, not a big deal. However, when our order was taken, the associate, Demaya, was really rude and barely communicated with us. Would mumble words or sentences. She seemed really unhappy to help us since the kiosk wasn't working... When she made our shakes, she handed it to us angrily without a lid. Gave our food with the fries dumped out... It's just really disappointing to see one of my fav places going downhill... I hope Demaya has a better shift in the future, and I hope Whataburger fixes the kiosk."
