"I sat at the drive through for 10min at 8pm nobody said nothing drove around to the window nobody came so I drove to the front of the building that’s when a worker walks out an say we closed but don’t suppose to close til 10pm bad service"

"The service at this location is horrible. They gave me hard chicken and when I requested it be exchanged they treated me as if I was inconveniencing them. Why would you give me a box of half fresh and hot and the other half hard as a rock? Then they gave me less pieces than what I took back to them. I spent over $30 and threw half of the food away cause I didn’t trust it. And my okra wasn’t fresh… Never again"

"I will start with... The manager, Ms. Kathy, at this location is one of the most pleasant and calm managers I've ever seen anywhere. When I went in to pick up my mobile order, I observed how she interacted with her team as well as customers and she was awesome. I was genuinely impressed and inspired by her graceful demeanor. She was attentive and seemed to really want everyone to be pleased.... now, the rest of the experience was interesting. But it's my hometown so I'm used to it. Lol. Overall, the staff appeared to be trying their best and for that I give them kudos. Expect to need patience but my food was hot and my order was correct. The building itself is super old, no changes to it since I was a kid, so the owners need to invest in a remodel inside and out, but that's not the employees' fault."

"Went to order a Large Sweet Tea and was wondering why my straw was clogged. I opened the drink and a large plastic bag was located in the tea. I don’t know how this wasn’t detected."
